Return & Refund Policy
As a near overall policy, SportieLove does NOT offer any returns or refunds. ALL sales are FINAL. This is due to the nature of our products, which are customized specifically to a certain target audience.
However, there are a couple of exceptions to this. If you, the customer, have any claims of a misprinted/damaged/defective item (or items), then you must submit a claim to our team within 30 days after you have received the product(s).
For packages that are lost in transit, any claims for that must also be submitted to our team no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Aside from that, we do NOT offer any returns or refunds for a mistakenly put address, buyer's remorse, wrong color/names/size, etc. So please, make sure you are 100% certain that the product and specifications you want are correct.
